CCDC partners with the Borough of Coraopolis and the Shade Tree Commission to beautify the downtown business district. We’ve purchased planters, accessible tables, and recruit volunteers for Cory Clean-up Days.

We have provided twenty-four (24) local businesses with a Facade Improvement Grant to continue to beautify the business district. The Facade Improvement Grant will open up again in early spring.

We believe that public art plays a vital role in enhancing communities by fostering a sense of identity and promoting community pride. The CCDC has installed two murals in town and continues to work with artists to envision a community full of beauty.
